Comment s'inscrire aux ateliers de cuisine ?
- Via le site internet d’Elite Cooking ou dans notre atelier (dans la limite des places disponibles)
- Le règlement peut être réalisé par carte bancaire ou carte cadeau Elite Cooking
- La vente sera considérée comme définitive quand le client aura réceptionné l’email de confirmation d’Elite Cooking.

Je souhaite annuler ma réservation, que dois-je faire ?
Vous pouvez annuler votre réservation directement et à tout moment par mail à l’adresse suivante : contact@elite-groupe.fr ou par téléphone : 05 57 29 44 18
Nous n’effectuons aucun remboursement. En cas d’annulation dans les délais (7 jours inclus avant l’atelier), vous bénéficierez d’un avoir valable 3 mois sur tous nos ateliers.
Passé le délai d’annulation de 7 jours, l’argent que le client a dépensé sera perdu sauf cas exceptionnel et inévitable où il aura droit à un avoir de la valeur de sa réservation et valable pendant 1 mois.

No refunds will be made. In case of cancellation within the deadline (7 days
(7 days before the workshop), you will receive a credit note valid for 3 months on all our workshops.
After the 7 day cancellation period, the money spent by the client will be lost, except in exceptional and unavoidable cases where the client will be entitled to a credit note for the value of the reservation, valid for 1 month.
J'ai une carte cadeau Elite Cooking. Comment l'utiliser et quelle est sa durée de validité ?
Votre cadeau cadeau est utilisable sur www.elitecooking.fr pour réserver l’atelier de votre choix.
Pour prendre votre place, la procédure est simple. Cliquez sur le bouton « Participer à ce cours » sur l’atelier choisi, décidez du nombre de participants. Ensuite, le site vous dirigera automatiquement vers le panier d’achat. Vous n’aurez qu’à renseigner votre numéro de carte cadeau lors du passage au paiement. Vous recevrez un mail de confirmation de votre réservation directement sur votre adresse mail.
Toutes nos cartes cadeaux sont valables pendant 1 an à compter du jour de la commande sur notre site. Toutes les informations nécessaires concernant votre bon cadeau sont à retrouver dans le mail de confirmation que vous reçu.

Your gift can be used on www.elitecooking.fr to book the workshop of your choice. To take your place, the procedure is simple. Click on the « Join this class » button on the chosen workshop, decide on the number of participants. Then, the site will automatically direct you to the shopping cart. All you have to do is enter your gift card number when you check out. You will receive an email confirming your reservation directly to your email address.
All our gift cards are valid for 1 year from the day of the order on our website. All the necessary information about your gift card can be found in the confirmation email you receive.
